Nigel Campbell

Nigel Campbell is an acclaimed dancer, educator, and arts leader. He is the Artistic Director of Gibney Company and the Co-Director of MOVE|NYC|, an arts and social justice organization dedicated to creating greater equity and diversity in the dance industry. A graduate of The Juilliard School and recipient of both the Princess Grace Award and the Presidential Scholar Award in the Arts, Campbell has performed with renowned companies and choreographers around the world.

He began his professional career with Gibney Dance Company, where his artistry and leadership have continued to shape the company’s vision and impact. Through his performances, mentorship, and advocacy, Campbell remains deeply committed to cultivating the next generation of creative leaders in the performing arts.
